About YENDRE
How to read YENDRE product information
Understand product options, set contents, size labels, prices and photographs before ordering from YENDRE Tools or Pets.
Product titles are a starting point. To make a useful comparison, read the option selector, dimensions, price and images as separate parts of the listing. A detail shown for one option may not describe every version of a product.
Separate set contents from configuration
The EMT conduit spacer set illustrates this distinction. “Six-piece” counts spacer pieces. “Two-conduit” describes the configuration. It does not mean a single piece positions six conduits. Use the selected option's label and image together.
Check what each measurement means
A product may show several dimensions for different purposes. EMT nominal size, outside diameter and center-to-center spacing are not interchangeable. A pet tote's external size and usable interior size may also differ. If the listing does not give the measurement your decision depends on, contact YENDRE before ordering.
Read photographs alongside text
Images can show appearance, labels and examples of use. A pictured accessory is not automatically included. For example, the EMT pre-lock illustration explicitly says screws are not included. A lifestyle scene is not a substitute for the listed dimensions or intended-use information.
Confirm the option and price
Choose the desired option before adding an item to the cart, then check that option's name, quantity and price. A price range describes different listed choices. The final order total also depends on shipping and any other amounts shown at checkout.
Ask for the missing detail
Useful questions identify the exact item and option, the measurement or feature you need to confirm, and the use you have in mind. Do not assume a certification, compatibility, load limit or care instruction when the listing does not state one.
